Event will begin with an extended silence: NOise at 730p. Audience is invited to sip cocktails and roam freely during this time.

A live performance by String Noise will include selections from "The Book of Strange Positions" to include punk arrangements by Eric Lyon of songs by Deerhoof, Violent Femmes, Bad Brains, Radiohead, Half Japanese, etc. followed by a DJ set by sound artist Maria Chavez who will create a sound environment for Cary Hall at the DiMenna Center that will include sounds from the new album mixed with unique ambient and electronic tracks.
